【Copyright and Prohibited Uses】
I retain full copyright to all illustrations I create. Unauthorized reproduction, use, redistribution, claiming the work as your own, tracing, alteration, or use for AI training purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any use that generates revenue, including merchandise production, streaming activities, video content, or use on monetized platforms, is strictly prohibited. Corporate use requires prior consultation and explicit permission.

【Handling of Commissioned Works】
Works created through commission may only be used within the scope agreed upon in the contract. Use by any third party other than the contracting client is not permitted. The agreed contractual terms take precedence regarding the scope of usage.

【Personal Use and Posting】
Saving the artwork in a private, non public local environment for personal viewing is permitted.

Use for public distribution, including social media icons, headers, streaming related content, videos, blogs, or similar platforms, is generally prohibited.

Use in connection with defamatory content, activities that violate public order or morals, excessive political, ideological, or religious activities, accounts featuring age restricted content, or any context that may damage the reputation of the artist or the work is strictly prohibited.

Sharing the artwork out of goodwill is appreciated. When posting, please credit the artist’s name and, if possible, include the relevant social media ID. If the platform generates revenue, please consult in advance. All quotations must comply with applicable copyright law.

また、収益の発生する利用、グッズ制作、配信活動や動画、広告収入のある媒体での使用も一切禁止しております。

企業様によるご利用は必ず事前にご相談ください。

【お仕事作品の取り扱い】
ご依頼により制作した作品は、契約時に定められた使用範囲内でのみご利用いただけます。

契約者様以外の第三者による使用はできません。使用範囲は契約内容を優先いたします。

【個人利用および掲載について】
公開を伴わないローカル環境での保存および個人的鑑賞の範囲であれば問題ありません。
SNSアイコン、ヘッダー、配信関連、動画、ブログ等の公衆発信にあたる用途での使用は原則禁止しております。
誹謗中傷、公序良俗に反する発信、過度な政治・思想・宗教活動、年齢制限のあるコンテンツを扱うアカウントでの

使用、または作者や作品のイメージを損なう可能性のある利用は禁止いたします。
ご好意による作品紹介は歓迎しておりますが、掲載の際は作者名および可能であればSNS IDの記載をお願いいたします。収益の発生する媒体への掲載は事前にご相談ください。引用は著作権法に従ってください。
